Operations, Planning, And Analytics Coordinator
Phillips Academy is seeking an organized and collaborative Operations, Planning, and Analytics Coordinator to support the Office of Operations, Planning, and Analytics (OPA), the operational division of the Office of Academy Resources (OAR). This administrative role supports day-to-day operations and cross-functional initiatives that contribute to the success of engagement, fundraising, and stewardship efforts. This position reports to the Director of Operations, Planning, and Analytics. This is a hybrid position which allows up to 2 days remote work, once training is complete. Primary Duties
Provide administrative support to OPA, including scheduling meetings, managing space reservations, coordinating refreshments, and tracking expenses Support OPA projects during periods of increased workload Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for OAR colleagues in partnership with hiring managers Collaborate with the Office of the Physical Plant to identify and communicate facility projects Assist with planning agendas, topics, and speakers for OPA meetings Maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Coordinate training for OAR team members with internal and external partners Support all-OAR events, including occasional evening or weekend work Requirements
