*Madison Family Dental Associates* is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who wants more than a job—someone looking for long-term growth, strong mentorship, and a clear path to ownership.

* $200,000–$350,000 total earning potential
* Guaranteed base minimum (no conditions)
* Uncapped production incentive

*Schedule & Location*
* Full-time: 4 days/week (32 hours)
* Odana Road & DeForest locations

* Experience with extractions and anterior/premolar endodontics preferred
* OR completion of a GPR or AEGD program
