Lead and guide the work of technical staff through all phases of the project lifecycle. Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plans. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budget forecasting. Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with performance standards. Implement and track change control processes, status reporting, and project documentation. Apply SDLC and/or DevSecOps methodologies to manage project execution. Facilitate project reviews, presentations, and progress briefings to executive leadership and clients. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT or Intelligence Community (IC) technology projects. Demonstrated leadership in planning, executing, and delivering IT initiatives in complex environments. Preferred Qualifications:
PM Certification Level III DAWIA, PMI PMP certification, or equivalent. Practical experience with SDLC and/or DevSecOps approaches. Strong technical foundation across areas such as software development, system architecture, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Proven experience managing programs within secure federal environments.
