Work warm leads (no cold calling grind) Build relationships with business owners nationwide Guide prospects through a consultative funding process Collaborate with seasoned teammates and leadership Hit and exceed goals while building your book of business What We're Looking For
13+ years of sales experience (inside sales, financial services, lending, or similar) Confidence, charisma, and the ability to close A self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial drive Industry knowledge or financial product familiarity is a big plus Resilience, accountability, and a team-first mindset What You'll Get
