We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our organization’s technology strategy and operations. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CIO will drive innovation, ensure robust IT infrastructure, and align technological initiatives with our business goals. *Duties*
* Develop and execute comprehensive IT strategies that support organizational objectives and foster innovation across all departments
* Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure including cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure, WAN networks, firewalls, and distributed systems
* Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard data integrity, ensure compliance with standards like ISO , PCI, FISMA, NIST standards, and implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning
* Manage large-scale software development projects utilizing Agile methodologies, SDLC best practices, and modern programming languages such as Python, JavaScript (React, Angular), C#, PHP, Java, Node.js, and .NET frameworks
* Drive the adoption of emerging technologies including AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and application of APIs for seamless integration
* Establish IT governance policies to optimize risk management, ITIL practices, and ensure adherence to ISO standards while managing budgets effectively
* Lead senior leadership in strategic planning sessions to align technology initiatives with operational goals and market trends
* Oversee vendor negotiations for cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Azure), ERP systems, cybersecurity tools (firewalls), and other critical technology solutions
* Foster a high-performing IT team through effective management, mentorship, and professional development in areas such as system design, product management, DevOps practices, and project management
*Skills*
* Extensive knowledge of computer networking concepts including WANs, LANs, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript (ReactJS/Angular), C#, PHP, Java; experience with SQL databases like Oracle SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server; familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
* Strong understanding of AI applications including machine learning models and natural language processing techniques
* Expertise in IT security protocols including cybersecurity best practices aligned with ISO , PCI compliance standards; risk management; disaster recovery; business continuity planning; FISMA regulations; NIST standards
* Proven ability to lead large-scale software development projects using Agile methodologies; SDLC processes; DevOps practices; system design; API integration; application development using .NET frameworks and Node.js
* Skilled in strategic planning with a focus on cloud computing (AWS/Azure), cloud development/architecture, cloud infrastructure management and cloud security measures
* Exceptional leadership capabilities in managing cross-functional teams; senior leadership engagement; negotiation skills; team management; project management expertise
* Strong analysis skills for evaluating emerging technologies; business intelligence tools; data analysis techniques for informed decision-making
* Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; ITIL framework; ISO standards relevant to information technology governance
