We are seeking an Experienced Telematics Project Coordinator-Distpatcher. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage projects from initiation to completion.
Please do not apply if you do not have telematics project management experience.
This is NOT an IT project manager job. We are a telematics installation company. You'll be working with technicians doing installs of GPS, cameras, etc. You will schedule jobs, make sure technicians have supplies, confirm job completion, and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.
*Duties*
* Assign technicians to job sites where they will install gps, cameras, and other telematics on vehicles.
* Develop detailed project schedules using company's software.
* Manage project timelines
* Facilitate communication among stakeholders through effective negotiation and organizational skills.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation
* Lead program management efforts for multiple projects at a time.
*Skills*
* Extensive experience with telematics installation project management
* Excellent leadership capabilities with proven success in program management.
* Superior communication skills for stakeholder engagement and negotiation; ability to teams effectively.
* Organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and documentation
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under tight time deadlines and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and technicians during the entire project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
