Build lasting relationships and create customers for life Be the go-to person for our customers that they know they can rely on Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and listening to their needs Become a product expertknow the details of our offerings, packages, and latest technology Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles Follow up with buyers to encourage referrals and repeat business Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations Report directly to the Sales Manager on goals, activities, and performance Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day Use social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to engage with customers, showcase inventory, and promote dealership events Create and share simple, engaging content that reflects our brand and attracts potential buyers Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary Eager to learn and master product knowledge Able to take constructive criticism and direction to further expand your growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Clean driving record Must complete a pre-screen survey to qualify Punctual and dependable Basic knowledge of social media engagement (posting photos/videos, writing captions, responding to comments) Comfortable interacting with customers online in a friendly, professional manner
