As a front-line representative, the Sales Representative must communicate the value of EBP & ASC services and partner with customers to guide them through their project from planning to execution to completion. Key Duties Identifying and selling asphalt maintenance and related service opportunities for new customers in the commercial, multi-residential, and municipal markets Visiting customer site to estimate job scope, measure property, document project phasing and determine accurate budget Preparing proposals and communicating project to customer Owning customer communication through project lifecycle including scheduling, execution, change orders (if needed), completion and invoicing Effectively transferring job scope and phasing to operating personnel and ensuring crews are meeting customer needs Team player comfortable working with field labor crews and executive management Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects concurrently Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships Assist in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies and executing defined sales strategies and targets Self-disciplined, being able to work and make decisions unsupervised To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
