Senior Principal Architect At CRG, we are in search of a dynamic Lead Software Architect to join our Technology and Experience (TechEx) practice. You will collaborate with clients to modernize every layer of their technology stack, focusing on designing impactful customer-facing software and integrating complex platforms. Our engineering teams leverage modern architectural practices, cloud technologies, and industry insights to build intelligent solutions. As a Lead Software Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding companies through their digital transformation journeys while nurturing the next generation of leaders. Partnering with clients, you will strategize, design, and create bespoke software products, modernizing legacy applications, and developing intelligent agents powered by AI, including machine learning and generative AI. You should be passionate about crafting technology solutions centered on the human experience and adaptable to clients' rapidly evolving environments. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with teams to analyze existing systems and solve business challenges. Lead the development of software solutions throughout the entire Agile project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to rollout. Embrace a creative approach to design, fostering a blank slate mentality within client expectations. Develop highly interactive and tailored web, desktop, and mobile applications. Participate in all facets of product development including ideation, prototyping, user engagement, testing, and integrating learnings into future projects. Engage in continuous learning of new programming languages, paradigms, and frameworks to enhance your technical skills. Apply resourcefulness to address unforeseen challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into client solutions, utilizing AI tools for automation, personalization, and innovation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in various programming languages for full-stack development, specifically in .Net and/or Java, along with front-end frameworks like React and Angular. Extensive experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Advanced knowledge of databases and their integration within software solutions. Proven experience leading Agile projects with dispersed teams. Consultative technical acumen to support revenue-driven pursuits. Aptitude for presenting strategic application modernization solutions to clients. Expertise in digital product development, software engineering, modernization, and AI-enabled solutions. Demonstrated success delivering impactful technical solutions to Fortune 1000 companies and upper mid-market clients. Adept at working within on-shore, near-shore, or hybrid delivery models. Generative AI Expertise: Experience with tools and platforms for Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, Google, AWS). Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing and computer vision. Ability to design AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and customer experiences. Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices. Leadership and Collaboration: Bring expertise in designing, building bespoke digital products, and leading software modernization efforts. Act as the technical lead and maintain accountability for successful delivery. Ensure quality assurance and regular communication with client stakeholders to maximize engagement value. Develop industry-specific accelerators to address unique challenges. Display urgency and effectiveness in dynamic environments. Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Effectively communicate with clients and team members, demonstrating clear messaging. Commit to inclusion and diversity, embracing new ideas and perspectives. General Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years experience at a principal level. Participate in business development, assessing opportunities and creating proposals. Assist in go-to-market strategies and prepare sales materials. Create work plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments for prospective engagements. Contribute to thought leadership for marketing initiatives. Build and leverage a professional network within the local community. High proficiency in English (B2+). Proven success in meeting revenue goals. Work independently and collaboratively in delivering software engineering solutions. Excitement for diverse projects across various industries and tech stacks. Willingness to travel for client engagements.
