What you'll be doing: Assess and provide insights on the embedded camera electronics stack.
Integrate HDR-capable image sensors into our systems.
Establish the camera feed stack on ST microcontrollers.
Enable camera streaming over RTSP in Zephyr or other RTOS.
Calibrate the Image Signal Processor (ISP) to ensure crystal-clear images across various lighting conditions.
Develop and execute a comprehensive end-of-line camera calibration plan.
Collaborate with vendors and contract manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
You'll bring: Experience with embedded RTOS and MCU camera systems.
Familiarity with STM or NXP microcontrollers is preferred.
Expertise in camera sensors, drivers, and algorithm development, including lens distortion correction, latency optimization, performance, and stability.
Knowledge of Electronic Image Stabilization techniques.
Experience in computer vision, including depth estimation and visual feature extraction, as well as familiarity with ROS.
Skills in latency and performance optimization for visual perception applications.
Understanding of secure video, DRM, secure boot, and multimedia technologies.
Bonus points for: Prior experience with companies such as Wyze, Ring, or Logitech.
