You will play a key role in designing and deploying advanced AI agents that seamlessly integrate with business operations, transforming data into actionable insights and real-world outcomes. As part of our elite AI engineering team, you’ll collaborate with top-notch AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists to tackle some of the most challenging issues in AI and enterprise software, including scalable multi-agent coordination, real-time monitoring, and closed-loop retraining systems. You will report to a supportive Sr. Manager in Software Engineering, committed to nurturing your development and enhancing your contributions. Qualifications We Seek Experience with modern data platforms such as Teradata, Snowflake, or Databricks. A strong interest in AI research, with a focus on reasoning, planning, and autonomous systems. Full stack engineering expertise, along with a passion for coding and system ownership. Ability to create intuitive user interfaces featuring natural language interactions. Robust background in engineering (Python, Java, Golang, API integration, backend frameworks). Strong system design skills and understanding of distributed systems. Commitment to reliability, debuggability, and deterministic behavior in AI systems. Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and orchestration tools. Familiarity with AI observability tools and best practices (e.g., logging, monitoring, metrics). Understanding of model performance monitoring and principles of responsible AI. What You Bring to the Table A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A true enthusiasm for AI and LLMs is highly desirable! UI/UX development capabilities with proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and CSS libraries. Experience in designing and deploying integrated agentic systems. A minimum of 3 years in software architecture or AI infrastructure roles. Strong knowledge of LLMs, reinforcement learning, or cognitive architectures is very advantageous. Commitment to developing safe, human-aligned autonomous systems. Proficiency in software development, especially in Python, Go, or Java. Familiarity with backend service development and API frameworks. Interest and experience in LLMs, autonomous agents, or AI tools. Experience with containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes. Skills in building observability dashboards for AI systems. Bonus: Research experience or contributions to open-source projects. A solid understanding of open-source tools and their innovative applications.
