Job Description Join our dynamic software engineering team as a Lead Applications Developer specializing in Health Data Intelligence. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of analyzing and integrating external customer specifications while driving the development of innovative software solutions. Your responsibilities will include specifying, designing, and implementing meaningful enhancements to our existing software architecture, as well as creating new products and development tools. Key responsibilities will involve: Building and executing unit tests and test plans to ensure software quality. Preparing integration and regression test plans while collaborating with stakeholders on major functional changes. Leading complex and non-routine projects, leveraging your advanced technical and business expertise. Providing direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. We seek a technology champion who is customer-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about producing exceptional products and solutions. Qualifications: BE/MS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. 14+ years of development experience on Java platforms and cloud applications. Expert knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/React/Node, JSF, PLSQL, Selenium, and Web Services paradigms (REST/SOAP). Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Development, enterprise cloud application design, and microservices deployment. Experience in Fusion Middleware technologies, especially JSF and WebLogic. Proficiency in DB and PLSQL coding with hands-on experience in Oracle database performance optimization. Working knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts. Experience with cloud services and modern cloud technologies. Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with tools such as Load Runner, Sonar, and Fortify is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Develop highly scalable enterprise-grade cloud applications with high availability and disaster recovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in architecture, product strategy, development, QA, and sales to design multiple products. Engage in technical design reviews and contribute to enhancing product architecture and design. Commit to continuous learning and applying cutting-edge technologies. Troubleshoot defects and recommend solutions to optimize applications. Re-architect legacy code to improve efficiency in database-centric designs. Disclaimer: Some roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates. The hiring range is $80,500 to $223,400 per annum, and may include bonus and equity eligibility.
