*Responsibilities*
* Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
* Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation to maintain accurate records in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems.
* Coordinate patient care plans, including medication administration, IV infusion management, catheter care, and tube feeding procedures.
* Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy.
* Manage emergency situations with confidence and clarity.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and case managers to facilitate discharge planning and long-term care strategies.
* Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed and that all medical supplies are sterilely processed and properly maintained.
* Conduct audits and ensure other regulatory requirements are met.
*Experience*
* Must be an RN with license in good standing.
* Must have a current BLS + 1st aid Certification
* Must have an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
* Proven supervisory experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership skills in managing nursing teams.
* Extensive clinical background in long term care environments
* Strong familiarity with Point Cick Care EHR system for accurate medical documentation.
* Experience working with diverse patient populations such as geriatrics, behavioral health patients, individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care needs.
* Skilled in performing phlebotomy, venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, and administering injections safely.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
