*About the Opportunity:*
AnthroMed Education is seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive elementary team in Warren, Michigan for the 2025-2026 school year. This position can either be split between two elementary schools or kept full-time at one building, depending on candidate preference and district need.
* Full time at one school: caseload of ~53 students
* Split role: Caseload divided between 36 students at one school & 20 at the other
The district offers exceptional support, including a wonderful teacher consultant, a general education behavioral specialist, and collaborative school teams. The SLP will serve at least one self-contained classroom and provide services to students in resource and some general education settings.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students
* Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) using schools IEP system and technology (Power school)
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote communication and academic success
* Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation of student progress
* Other duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
* *Master's degree* in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current Michigan state license or eligibility for licensure.
* Experience working with school-aged children.
