Why This Role We are searching for a creative and highly motivated Lead Software Engineer, Applications to become a key member of our Applications Team. In this role, you will architect, design, build, innovate, and maintain the essential tools and applications that empower our team to excel in customer engagement. You will have the opportunity to plan and execute high-impact projects while supporting cross-functional operations. Whether you're enhancing existing features or developing new capabilities, you will take ownership of your work and deliver elegant, scalable solutions. Working closely with our Product Team and other cross-functional development teams, you will design and implement world-class solutions. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, analytical, and process-driven, with a deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems. You should have extensive experience in leading complex application development projects, mentoring engineering teams, and driving technical innovation. Anticipating and embracing the challenge of solving critical business issues in a fast-paced environment is essential. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable performing a variety of responsibilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to engage in the Hospitality industry and make a significant impact. What You’ll Do Build and maintain our Sales and Service Clouds while considering integrations with both upstream and downstream consumers. Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support cutting-edge technical solutions using backend development tools and technologies. Manage CRM Release processes and contribute to enhancing Evolve’s CI/CD pipelines, GIT repositories, automated testing, and additional quality gates throughout the application lifecycle. Participate in collaboration duties such as design reviews, code reviews, and technical documentation for your peers. Successfully execute engineering and release priorities through strong leadership and effective communication. What Makes You A Great Fit Over 10 years of development experience. Proven expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing solutions in a highly integrated, enterprise-grade, multi-technology environment. Comfortable partnering with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines. Experience leading design and code reviews. Proficient in Agile Scrum practices while promoting continuous improvement in team maturity. A talent for problem-solving and utilizing a comprehensive set of debugging tools. Experience creating custom tools to automate tasks effectively. Familiarity with Git version control and repository management in Gitlab. Experience in designing solutions integrating with APIs. Demonstrated experience integrating with third-party tools, APIs, and various web services. Location Evolve offers a flexible work environment, allowing teammates to work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado or in our beautiful downtown Denver office, or a combination of both! Compensation The salary range for this role is between $160,000 and $208,000, depending on relevant experience. This role is also eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
