Job Summary Join our Content Strategy team as a Lead Specialist, where you'll collaborate cross-functionally with experts in product development, technology, services, and commercial operations. This role is pivotal in shaping strategic initiatives, leading transformational projects that focus on: Optimization:
Promote operational efficiency in capturing, processing, and delivering data for diverse business needs. Utilization:
Enhance data utility and uncover opportunities to leverage Norstella data for added value, such as new product development and commercial support. Thought Partnership:
Advance data strategy and client engagement, particularly in clinical trials, site data, and patient recruitment. Responsibilities Serve as a key subject matter expert on clinical and commercial data, supporting strategic decisions for senior leadership. Foster relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, driving collaboration with business leaders in Product, Services, Technology, and Data Science. Lead the articulation and scalable implementation of how our data drives value for clients. Report to the executive leadership team regarding priorities, progress, risks, and implications of strategic initiatives. Oversee the enhancement of clinical and related datasets, ensuring Norstella captures the highest quality data efficiently. Identify gaps and opportunities for new enhancements and impactful solutions within Norstella's data suite. Manage new content solutions, defining requirements and implementing best-practice testing and validation strategies. Champion the deployment of AI in creating and utilizing clinical and commercial data, prioritizing initiatives within Content and across business units. Ensure strategic alignment within Content Operations on transformation streams including data strategy, operational excellence, and organizational structure. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in biopharma intelligence, business research, or life sciences consulting. Experience in clinical trials and site data, as well as patient engagement and recruitment. In-depth understanding of how life science data is captured and structured into usable content. Strong grasp of the drug development lifecycle and related processes. Proficient in developing and executing business cases for strategic initiatives. Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, and managerial skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as tools like Monday.com, LucidChart, Jira, and Confluence. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. We do not provide visa sponsorship or transfers. Currently, we are not accepting candidates on an OPT visa. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $170,000. Offers may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market conditions.
