With our success in the European and Asian markets, we are now expanding into North America—starting with the strategic and innovation-rich San Francisco Bay Area.Position Summary:As a Co-Founder based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling Globe Tech Soft Ltd’s presence in the U.S. market. We are seeking a visionary leader with strong sales experience in the tech industry to drive growth, build client relationships, and co-lead strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role with equity ownership and a path to shape the company’s direction in the U.S.Key Responsibilities:Act as a strategic partner in expanding Globe Tech Soft’s footprint in the U.S.Lead business development, client acquisition, and enterprise sales efforts.Build and manage a local sales team and operational infrastructure.Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the U.S. technology landscape.Identify and close high-value deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners.Represent the company at tech conferences, client meetings, and investor pitches.Collaborate with global leadership to align local initiatives with corporate vision.Influence product and service positioning based on U.S. market feedback.Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven track record in enterprise tech sales, business development, or SaaS solutions.Previous founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup experience is highly desirable.Deep network in the San Francisco Bay Area and understanding of the tech ecosystem.Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.Willingness to take equity in lieu of initial salary (funding-based ramp-up).Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in tech sales, account management, or strategic partnerships.Startup experience or experience growing new markets is strongly preferred.Authorization to work in the United States.What We Offer:Co-founder equity stake in the U.S. operationsOpportunity to shape and lead a new market entryCollaboration with a seasoned international leadership teamAccess to cutting-edge tech solutions and innovation partnersPotential for performance-based compensation as operations scaleHow to Apply:Send your resume and a short statement of interest to careers@globetechsoft.com with the subject: Co-Founder Application – Bay Area.
