As a valued member of our Advanced Facilities Group (AFG), you will tackle innovative projects that challenge the limits of technology across sectors like Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Centers, and Semiconductors. Role Overview As a Mobile Project Manager, you will take charge of individual projects or significant portions of larger, complex undertakings, collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent. You will be instrumental in project operations, administration, and fostering strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors. This role entails extensive travel to various project sites. Key Responsibilities: Create a safety-first environment, mentor your team, and investigate any incidents. Manage project pre-start processes effectively. Support preconstruction efforts, including scope development and bid preparation. Lead buyout processes, ensuring pricing accuracy and scope verification. Oversee the submittal schedule to secure timely approvals. Facilitate stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and profitability. Ensure successful project closeouts, maintaining comprehensive documentation. What You Bring: A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of proven construction management experience. Strong proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A knack for thriving in fast-paced and diverse work settings. Physical Requirements: Valid driver's license is required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed. Why Join JE Dunn?
