Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or equivalent experience.
A minimum of five years of experience in IT systems operations and cloud systems administration.
In-depth knowledge of infrastructure components, including servers, OS, networks, and storage mechanisms.
Excellent communication, consultancy, teamwork, and analytical skills are essential for interacting across various teams nationwide.
Extensive hands-on experience with scripting in Shell, PowerShell, Python, Java in a corporate environment.
Proficient in tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Kubernetes, GitHub, and configuration management software like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
Experience working with Databricks and administering Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with modern big data processing and API-based web service architecture.
Experience in architecting and maintaining highly available mission-critical environments.
A background in production change control processes.
Relevant hands-on experience with IaaS, Infrastructure as Code, and Azure implementations.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
A passion for enhancing consumer experiences within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree.
