PURPOSE
We are seeking an Analyst to supplement the ongoing work of the Global HR Analytics team. This role will maintain current reporting and analytics systems while supporting a multi-year transformation of technology platforms. The Analyst will balance ad-hoc report requests with larger-scale reporting initiatives from HR partners and global teams. The role collaborates with HRIT, Human Resources, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and efficient reporting across multiple Human Resource systems. The Analyst will act as a trusted advisor to the Human Resources organization by delivering timely, accurate, and detailed reporting and identifying opportunities to streamline recurring requests and improve enterprise-wide reporting and analytics processes.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Acquire and maintain knowledge of employee and company-related data, including appropriate usage and timing. Identify appropriate data sources such as Enterprise Data Warehouse and HRIS systems to support reporting requirements. Design, develop, and test reports using ADP Enterprise Reporting Systems (ADPR-Reporting), PeopleSoft Query, Taleo, Oracle, Cornerstone, and LMS reporting systems, utilizing Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, and other tools. Aggregate data from multiple systems as required. Execute audit checks and annual validations, and recommend process improvements to ensure data integrity and compliance with Data Governance policies. Apply statistical and research methods to study key relationships and patterns within the data. Analyze and troubleshoot reports and reporting systems, resolving data quality issues for assigned data objects. Create and maintain reporting and analytics documentation, including end-user guides, system administration documentation, and data dictionaries. Participate in HR Analytics projects such as data visualization, dashboards, data integrity testing, and system customization or optimization. Respond to time-sensitive data analysis requests while adhering to security and access constraints. Prototype design options and review them with end users. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of HR report-writing experience, including combining tables and using inner and outer joins. 2 years of HRIS/HRIT or database system administration experience. Experience using Alteryx is highly preferred. 1 year of testing experience preferred. PeopleSoft Query and ADP-Reporting experience is a strong plus. Tableau or other data visualization tool experience is a plus. Human Resources or employee data reporting experience is a strong plus. Human Resources or payroll functional knowledge is a plus. Basic to advanced statistical and research skills preferred. PREFERRED SKILLS
Familiarity with Alteryx. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivot tables. Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Collaborative working style and team-player attitude. Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality. EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
