Position Summary:
Come join our innovative and customer focused Analytics team as anOperations Data Analyst. In this role you will play a key role in analyzing operational performance and helping us make strategic, data-driven decisions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models to measure operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, provide meaningful recommendations, and measure the impact of performance improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and understand strategy, processes, services, roadmaps, key performance indicators, and the context in which the business operates and related challenges and opportunities. Design, build, maintain, and visualize data models, reporting systems/tools, and data automation systems to support operational reporting and analytics. Design, build and deliver daily, weekly, monthly reports, dashboards, presentations for stakeholders at all levels to provide actionable insights and enable them to make decisions, take actions to ensure performance success. Conduct root cause analysis of identified variances and generate and manage regular and ad-hoc reporting to enable effective monitoring and identification of emerging trends and identify mitigation and/or improvement opportunities. Ensure data accuracy and completeness across platforms by conducting periodic audits and reconciliations. Perform data clean up as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in operations reporting, data analysis, financial analysis or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and statistical software such as R or Python. Experience with CRM, field service management, back-office automation, and project management systems. Experience with analytics platforms, data warehousing, and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Sigma Computing, and Snowflake. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and a curiosity to explore and explain variances.
