Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field; plus 8 years of experience as a hands-on resource in full life-cycle software development.
Total experience must include: 5 years of software development experience within the institutional asset servicing industry. Must also have the following: Demonstrated solid ability with Java, Oracle PL/SQL, messaging and queuing technologies to develop robust, reliable and high-performance solutions; Solid knowledge and skills in GUI development with Java middle and Oracle databases back-end to create an end-to-end solution; Demonstrated ability to provide problem resolution under pressure of client contractual and regulatory deadlines; Demonstrated solid collaboration skills, working with multiple teams in various global locations in an agile environment; and Demonstrated solid communication skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly responsible. (Unless otherwise indicated, State Street is seeking the stated ability in the skills listed above with no specific number of years or amount of experience required. All experience can be gained concurrently.)

Salary Range: $147,000 - $180,000 Annual
