The Delivery / Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs and engagements across multiple domains. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Program & Project Delivery:
Lead and manage cybersecurity programs across domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Managed Detection & Response (MDR). Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Client Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their cybersecurity landscape, technical maturity, and compliance gaps. Define roadmaps, propose solutions, and provide consultative guidance to enhance security posture.
Governance & Reporting:
Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for program performance, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate proactive risk mitigation and escalation management.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring resource alignment and capability development. Foster collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK. Support audits and compliance assessments.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
10+ years in IT or Cybersecurity with at least 5 years in program/project delivery or engagement management. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs in hybrid environments.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, SOC operations). Familiarity with delivery methodologies and tools (JIRA, MSO365).
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving and consultative mindset.
Certifications (Preferred): CSM, CISSP, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications.
