The Staking Validators team operates all staking-related nodes at Coinbase, contributing significantly to our success. Largest Validators Fleet : We manage the largest validators fleet in the world, focusing on onboarding, operating, and optimizing proof-of-stake network infrastructure.
Infrastructure Security and Uptime : Our commitment to observability and monitoring ensures we provide top-tier uptime and performance for our operations.

The salary for this position ranges from $152,405 to $179,300 USD annually, depending on your work location. Full-time offers also include bonus eligibility, equity options, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
