The Developer Experience (DevX) organization empowers engineers like you to develop, build, test, and release high-quality code quickly and reliably by creating tools and systems tailored to the needs of Coinbase engineers. As a vital member of the Mobile DevX team, you will influence mobile development's future at Coinbase. Working with React Native and Expo, you will craft innovative tools that enhance the developer experience and streamline app releases. Join us to transform how mobile applications are built and delivered! Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile infrastructure using technologies like React Native, iOS, and Android.
Create and enhance developer tools to simplify and expedite the mobile development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and optimize app performance.
Implement automation strategies for app releases and ensure seamless over-the-air updates.
Participate in code reviews and mentor peers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in mobile development to drive innovation within the team.
What We Are Looking For: Expertise in React Native or strong experience in iOS or Android development, with a readiness to learn React Native.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, as our tools are built using these languages.
A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset towards enhancing developer experiences.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: A record of contributing to high-quality, scalable mobile applications.
Experience with mobile infrastructure and developer tools.
Familiarity with Swift or Kotlin is a plus.
Understanding of cross-platform development practices.
Previous experience in a fintech or tech company known for mobile innovation.

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full-time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
