Part-Time Accountant Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and organized accountant to join our part-time team (80%). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accounting and financial management of five companies, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. Main Responsibilities: Payment Management: Processing invoices and payments. Monitoring accounts receivable and payable. Accounting Management: Maintaining accounting and financial records. Managing bank accounts and financial statements. Financial Management of Real Estate Projects: Overseeing and monitoring project budgets. Analyzing costs and profitability of projects. Budget Management: Preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitoring budget variances and adjustments. Financial Reporting: Writing monthly and quarterly financial reports. Reporting financial data to stakeholders. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and submissions. Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).
