Knowledge of Microfrontend architectures, monorepos, or shared frontend platforms. Familiarity with integrating modern frontends with Rails-backed systems is advantageous. Strong grasp of web performance and optimization techniques. Ability to collaborate with backend teams to establish clear integration patterns. The anticipated salary for this role in California is between $146,000 and $227,500, while salaries outside California range from $120,000 to $216,500. In Canada, the expected range is from $152,500 CAD to $202,000 CAD. We take into account various factors to establish fair compensation, including experience and specific job-related skill sets.
