Job Description Role:
Join us in a pivotal role where you will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced Foundation Models (FMs) aimed at transforming our automotive technologies, particularly in Autonomous Driving and Robotics. Collaborate with a talented team of AI and ML researchers, data scientists, and engineers who share a commitment to harnessing cutting-edge AI techniques for the advancement of L2, L3, and L4 applications. Your innovative contributions will shape our capacity to deliver state-of-the-art solutions tailored to meet customer needs. What You'll Do: Design and implement large-scale Foundation Models applicable across various sectors, capitalizing on the latest breakthroughs in AI and robotics.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate distillation recipes for robotics foundation models tailored for onboard driving applications.
Analyze and optimize model performance, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of training and deployment processes.
Engage in research activities and keep abreast of new developments in AI frameworks and libraries.
Lead projects from conception to execution, thoroughly documenting insights and best practices throughout.
Mentor junior colleagues to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, focusing on Robotics or Machine Learning, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience with large-scale Foundation Models, including LLMs, VLAs, and vision-centric models.
Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, along with familiarity in libraries such as HuggingFace and OpenAI GPT.
Solid data processing capabilities utilizing tools like Numpy, Pandas, and Apache Spark.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in deploying foundation models within production environments, understanding the entire process from start to finish.
Prior experience in Robotics or Autonomous Driving is highly desirable.
Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $280,000, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience. Additionally, our bonus program provides performance-based incentives tied to individual and company achievements. Hybrid:
