As part of IPRO's Technology Solutions team, the Salesforce Developer will have the opportunity to set up enterprise-wide strategic projects and processes with exposure to leaders across the company. The Salesforce Developer will be a key driver of innovation and develop new tools and approaches to create value for our customers. Given the breadth and depth of IPRO's technology development, you will learn how to maximize the value for a wide variety of users by participating in all activities of the development life cycle including planning, requirements gathering, active development, testing, production and maintenance. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive culture that values employee development through both formal training and on-the-job opportunities. Duties to include but not limited to:
Developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customized solutions. Developing, scheduling and implementing Service Cloud and Health Cloud Capability to support Business processes and workflows. Seeking out ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling. Working closely with the Salesforce team and stakeholders to design and analyze requirements to use standard platform capability whenever possible. Ensuring platform security standards are met through the configuration of users, permission sets, and sharing rules. This position is office based at our Jericho, NY office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Salesforce Developer certification(s) such as Platform Developer I or II. Experience with Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Lightening Web Components, and API-based integrations. Familiarity with front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery). Knowledge of development tools like Git, Continuous Integration, and Salesforce DX. Experience in building and deploying applications on the Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Strong data management and architecture abilities. Strong communication and analytical skills. Experience working and collaborating with teams, including Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and other IT professionals. Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administration I & II, or Javascript Developer I are a plus. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. One (1) year of experience with custom development of the Salesforce Platform, required. Two (2) years of technical and administrative experience on the Salesforce platform, required. Previous experience working with healthcare data, Salesforce Service Cloud consultant, and Health Cloud experience preferred.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$120,000.00. Actual salary range and/or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.
The salary range and/or hourly rate listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
