The ideal candidate will be physically capable of frequent Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit a commitment to productivity. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment and prepare them for staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper Lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our logistics operations.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
