We are seeking energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is essential for the effective operation of our warehouse and contributes directly to our company's logistics success. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Our commitment to a safe working environment means that adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. The ideal candidate is someone who can work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to quality are highly valued. While warehouse experience is a plus, we are willing to train motivated individuals. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. This position involves considerable physical activity, requiring you to be on your feet for extended periods and to handle various types of merchandise. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory.
- Fulfill orders by picking and staging merchandise.
- Pack items securely and label them for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace, including wearing required PPE.
