Join our dynamic logistics team as an Order Picker in sunny Las Vegas, Nevada! We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our clients receive the correct products on time. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for locating, retrieving, and preparing items for shipment. This involves navigating our warehouse using advanced scanning technology and following specific picking instructions. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols is paramount. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess excellent time management skills. Experience with warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. You will be expected to perform tasks that involve significant physical activity, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and update order status.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Package items securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
