Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be an integral part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and preparing orders for shipment. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to all company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a warehouse setting, though comprehensive training will be provided. A commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be trained on proper handling techniques and the use of necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification may be required).
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing of goods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Adhere to strict PPE requirements at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall logistics operation.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management.
  • Commitment to Safety and following all guidelines.
