We are hiring a skilled Forklift Operator for our facility in Provo, Utah! In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary objective is to support warehouse operations by ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various types of forklifts and possess a strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols. Attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. You will be a vital part of our logistics team, contributing to the smooth flow of materials throughout the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Safely stack and store materials in designated locations.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as needed.
- Follow all warehouse Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
- Adhere to safe Lifting practices when not operating a forklift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support logistics operations by ensuring efficient material handling.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
