We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of our warehouse stock. Your duties will include performing regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, receiving and stocking incoming inventory, and assisting with order fulfillment. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount in this position. You will work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock rotation. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also a key responsibility. Safety is a top priority, and you will be expected to follow all warehouse safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques when necessary. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to use inventory management software. Previous experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar role is highly desirable.
