We are actively recruiting for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Boise, Idaho. This is a hands-on role essential to the smooth functioning of our warehouse and overall logistics chain. As a Warehouse Worker, you will engage in a variety of tasks including receiving, unloading, and storing goods, as well as picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean work environment, ensuring all safety regulations are strictly followed. This includes the proper use of lifting equipment and adherence to safe lifting practices to prevent injuries. Compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements is mandatory. Your role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to workplace safety. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not always required, as we provide training. The ability to perform physical labor, including consistent lifting and moving of materials, is a requirement for this position.
