Your primary responsibilities will involve picking items from warehouse shelves using a scanner and preparing them for shipment. This includes careful packing of items to prevent damage during transit, applying shipping labels, and staging packages for carrier pickup. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure proper packaging of items to prevent damage.
- Label packages correctly and stage them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
- Perform inventory checks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
