We are hiring an Order Picker to join our growing logistics team in Omaha, Nebraska! Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory, verify items, and update order status.
- Inspect picked items for quality and condition before moving to the next stage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure Safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving frequent Lifting and moving of products, up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with other pickers and warehouse staff to achieve team goals.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all logistics protocols for order fulfillment.
- Report any issues or discrepancies immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Capacity for frequent Lifting and carrying of items.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to Safety and following all instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
