Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order details.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Utilize scanning devices to track inventory movement and verify order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to ensure efficient operations and Safety.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning Safety.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as stocking and replenishment.
- Perform tasks that involve frequent Lifting of boxes and items up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Ensure proper labeling and staging of packed orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and item labels.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Physical capability for frequent Lifting and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
- Commitment to Safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual.
