Join our expanding logistics center in Denver, Colorado, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage the efficient processing of customer orders. Your core responsibilities will involve picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. This role is vital for maintaining our operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are deeply committed to a safe work environment, providing thorough Safety training and requiring the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and stage items for customer orders using various methods.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product safety and presentation.
- Receive and check in incoming shipments, reconciling against documentation.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment safely when required and trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, following all Safety protocols.
- Utilize required PPE at all times during operational duties.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals within our logistics operations.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, and moderate Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear and use required PPE.
