Who We Are
We are a well-established optometry practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico, providing comprehensive eye care with a strong focus on advanced specialty services. Our practice is known for delivering thoughtful, high-level care and for taking the time to truly understand our patients.
We are seeking an optometrist who is curious, motivated, and excited to grow clinically. You do not need prior specialty experience. We are already practicing specialty care at a high level and are committed to mentoring the right doctor into the specialty areas that most interest them.

Specialty Care You Can Grow Into
We currently provide advanced care in the following areas:
* *Scleral lenses and specialty contact lenses*
* *Myopia management*
* *Neuro-visual prescribing*
* *Vision therapy and functional vision care*
You will be mentored into the specialty area or areas that align with your interests and strengths, with structured support and hands-on experience.
What You’ll Do
* Provide comprehensive primary eye care
* Participate in and grow into specialty services based on your interests
* Work closely with the practice owner and clinical team
* Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
* Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the practice
Compensation and Benefits
* Base salary of *$150,000–$200,000*
* Potential sign-on bonus up to *$20,000*, structured over the contract term
