This is a NEW POSITION. We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Evening Supervisor to lead and coordinate nursing services during the evening shift. This leadership role involves overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, possess problem solving skills and possess exceptional customer service abilities.
A strong understanding of medical documentation and patient assessments in long-term care or acute care setting a plus. This position offers an opportunity to utilize advanced nursing skills in a supervisory capacity, ensuring high-quality care delivery while fostering team development.
*Responsibilities*
* Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during everning shift, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
* Oversee patient assessments, medication administration, and medical documentation utilizing Point Click Care (PCC).
* Manage staffing schedules, delegate tasks appropriately, and provide mentorship to nursing staff and other team members.
* Ensure infection control practices are maintained and superior customer service to patients/residents and family members.
* Assist with admissions/discharges and staff nurse duties periodically.
*Requirements*
* Valid RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
* Proven supervisory or team management experience within a healthcare environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.50 - $44.50 per hour
