As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for healthcare prospects. You'll lead meaningful, consultative conversations to understand how practices manage patient billing today and identify opportunities where POS can reduce costs, improve efficiency, and drive faster patient payments. Your primary responsibility will be qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities and scheduling demos for our sales team, directly contributing to company growth. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Willingness to make cold and warm calls. With the support of marketing, generating/qualifying new leads and demos. Meeting and exceeding activity goals - calls, emails, appointments set. Promoting products and services while delivering quality customer service. Communicating with all levels of the organization. Effectively use core sales tools, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Microsoft Office. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with the enterprise sales team. Capability to understand customer pain points and requirements. Correlating potential business to value that can be repeated. Ability to manage multiple requests and time constraints while ensuring achievement of production goals. Contributes fully to the team effort and plays an integral part of the team. Desired skills and experience: BA/BS or Associate's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or other related field preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer service experience a plus. Technical experience a plus. Web, MSExcel, and MSWord experience is a plus. POS offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.
