Job Summary:
Join our vibrant Fulfillment Associate team in San Francisco, California! This dynamic role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. You will be responsible for picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, speed, and a strong commitment to quality control. As part of our logistics network, you'll contribute directly to customer satisfaction. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all team members to strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting, be comfortable with tasks involving significant physical activity including frequent Lifting, and possess excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials and methods.
  • Label packages accurately for shipment and stage them for carriers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company policies.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy through careful handling and scanning.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, including proper Lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Support the overall logistics and operational goals of the fulfillment center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or warehouse roles is preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Basic computer skills may be beneficial for using scanners.
  • Commitment to upholding quality and safety standards within our logistics operations.
