Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely when trained and certified.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring aisles are clear and products are properly stored.
- Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock verification.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform manual Lifting and movement of goods as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Support various logistics functions as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving within a logistics setting.
