Join our vibrant logistics team as an Order Picker in Jacksonville, Florida! We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders. This role is pivotal to our operations, ensuring timely and correct delivery of goods. As an Order Picker, your main duties will include locating products in the warehouse, retrieving them using scanners, and preparing them for shipment. Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment is a top priority, and all associates must strictly adhere to safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ideal candidate is someone with excellent attention to detail, who can work productively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential. While previous warehouse experience is a plus, we offer thorough training for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn the ropes. This position demands physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching, as well as the capacity for significant Lifting. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order sheets.
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and update order status in real-time.
- Verify picked items against order requirements for accuracy.
- Package items securely for safe transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing mandatory PPE.
