This role is fundamental to the success of our logistics network, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our facility to our customers. As a DC Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accuracy and efficiency while upholding the highest standards of safety. We are committed to providing a secure workplace, and all associates are expected to actively participate in our safety programs. Your daily tasks will involve a significant amount of physical work, including prolonged standing, walking, and reaching, as well as the ability to maneuver products. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Stock and organize merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transportation.
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Comply with all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE, to ensure a safe work environment.
