You will navigate our warehouse using handheld scanners or pick lists, locating items and ensuring their accuracy. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety. Proper use of **PPE** is mandatory. Prior **logistics** or warehouse experience is a plus, but we are committed to training the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely for shipment, using appropriate packaging materials.
- Transport picked orders to the designated packing or shipping areas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all **Safety** regulations and company policies.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items immediately.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and **Lifting** up to 40 pounds.
- Good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for quantity verification.
- Commitment to **Safety** and following instructions.
- Willingness to wear and use **PPE**.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** principles is a plus.
