We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Denver, Colorado facility! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and eager to contribute to our busy logistics operations. Your role will encompass a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We prioritize a safe working environment, and adherence to Safety protocols is mandatory. You will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical tasks including regular Lifting, and a team-oriented mindset. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, and comprehensive training will be provided to qualified individuals. Success in this role depends on your ability to work efficiently, accurately, and safely to meet daily operational demands. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear required PPE, such as safety vests and work gloves, at all times.
- Support the smooth functioning of the overall logistics chain.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
- Basic communication skills.
- Commitment to contributing to effective logistics.
