Join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Phoenix, Arizona as a Distribution Center Associate! We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to perform a variety of tasks essential to our logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role is vital to ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics network.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics role preferred.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity for physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of wearing required PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
